A 7 week mental and physical fitness program aimed at creating more socially and emotionally intelligent students.

What is the power of a pushup?

We aim to challenge the brain the same way a push-up challenges our physical body. A pushup is a calisthenics body weight exercise. Using the concept of a push we aim to improve physical and mental strength to help the mind and body adapt and adjust in any environment!  

Our goal is for our youth to be more socially and emotionally intelligent!  As well as having enough courage to speak up and speak out when going through hardship or when they lack understanding on how to maneuver while being under pressure. 

Class Meeting Information


Session 1 - Ages 7-9 on Tuesday from 4:30pm - 6:00pm

February 28th - April 11th

Session 2- Ages 10-12 on Thursdays from 4:00pm - 5:30pm

March 2nd - April 13th
